Who provides Lens

Lens is provided by Anish Kumar PV, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 329356) operating under the GrowingWithAK brand. Anish Kumar PV is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

What Lens is

Lens is a free analytics tool. It surfaces factual observations about Indian mutual funds and the portfolios users build inside the tool, computed from publicly disclosed sources (AMFI NAVs, AMFI Monthly Portfolio Disclosures, NSE indices, etc.). The output is informational and is intended for the visitor's own learning and research.

What Lens is not

• Lens does not provide investment advice or recommendations.
• Lens does not provide financial planning or asset-allocation services.
• Lens does not solicit or facilitate any specific transaction.
• Lens does not act as a fiduciary or adviser to any visitor.
• Numbers shown are not predictions of future returns. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

Data sources & accuracy

Lens uses third-party public data (AMFI, niftyindices.com, mfapi.in, Yahoo Finance, AMC factsheets and similar). We make a reasonable effort to keep the data accurate and current, but we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. Sources can change formats, suspend access, or republish historical data; output may be affected accordingly. Always verify against the original source before acting on any number.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to overwhelm, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits on the service.
• Do not attempt to access portfolios that are not yours.
• Do not enter information that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not use Lens to provide regulated services to your own clients without independent compliance.

Your decisions

Investment decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. Lens output is one input among many; it is not a substitute for professional advice, the scheme information document, or your own judgement about risk and goals.

Service availability

Lens is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not commit to a specific uptime, response time, or feature roadmap.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anish Kumar PV and the GrowingWithAK brand will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Lens — including any investment loss, missed gain, or decision made based on Lens output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
